- Chamber Structure : - Double Walled unit, duly made from thick stainless steel sheets. Outer made from SS 202 and inner chambers made from stainless steel 304 grade material, which is durable in life.
- Insulation: - the Gap between the walls filled with Puff insulation for long term temperature maintain. There is 60 to 90 mm thick PU insulation provided in chambers.
- Stretchers: - removable stretchers are provided with chamber, these stretchers are made from 304 grade ss material. For easy handling.
- Doors:- Doors covered with double walled door made from thick stainless steel 304 grade. provision of following things in doors. Magnetic Gasket, Lock provision, Handle Provision.
- Controller: - unit is controlled with Digital Temp Indicator cum controlled which is microprocessor based, these Indicators are compliance with current standards.
- Indicators: - Provision of MCB, Fuse and Load facility in control panel.
- Temperature: - Unit can main Temperature can maintain up to -5o degree to +8o degree.
- Alarm : - Power failure alarm is installed in unit with battery back provision.
- Compressor: - An energy efficient cooling unit is installed, We use ISI marked high end CFC Free compressors of Tecumseh make, conforming to latest international standards.
- Wheels: - Mounted on Heavy Duty Rubber wheels for easy mobility.
- Electric workability: - workable at 220V AC 50 Hz single phase, complete with cord & plug.
- Stabilizer: - Supplied with Voltage Stabilizer for durable life of machine.
- Inside Lighting: - Provision of LED light provision while opening the door.
