Efficient and Safe SterilizationOur Double Drum Vertical Autoclave Sterilizer guarantees reliable and thorough sterilization with its 1520 psi operating pressure and precise 1C temperature accuracy. Designed for high-demand sectors including medical, research, and pharmaceutical, it offers advanced safety mechanisms like automatic pressure cut-off and a robust lid-lock system to safeguard users while ensuring effective performance.
Robust Design and MobilityConstructed from corrosion-resistant SS 304/316 stainless steel, the autoclave presents a mirror-finished chamber and matt external surface for durability and ease of cleaning. The double-walled insulation helps retain heat, and heavy-duty castor wheels allow for easy relocation across different workspaces, catering to dynamic laboratory and medical environments.
Advanced User ControlsFeaturing a microprocessor-based digital or manual control system, users can set sterilization cycles from 20 to 60 minutes. The digital display, clear water-level indicator, and automatic steam release streamline operation, while safety features such as pressure and low-water cut-off ensure worry-free handling of every load.
FAQs of Double drum Vertical Autoclave Sterilizer:
Q: How does the double drum vertical autoclave sterilizer ensure effective sterilization?
A: The autoclave operates at a controlled pressure of 1520 psi, reaching temperatures up to 134C. This high-pressure steam penetrates deeply into loads, ensuring all bacteria, viruses, and spores are destroyed within a customizable cycle duration (2060 minutes) based on the load size and type.
Q: What safety features are incorporated in this autoclave model?
A: Safety is prioritized with automatic pressure cut-off, low water level cut-off, a robust radial locking lid, and a pressure seal gasket made of silicone rubber. The lid cannot be opened under pressure, and a safety locking system prevents accidental opening, ensuring operator security during use.
Q: When should the drain valve be used during the cleaning process?
A: The drain valve, conveniently fitted at the base, should be used once the sterilization cycle is complete and the chamber pressure reaches zero. This allows for safe and efficient removal of residual water and ensures thorough cleaning before the next cycle.
Q: Where can this autoclave be utilized most effectively?
A: This unit is ideal for environments requiring strict sterilization, including laboratories, hospitals, research centers, and pharmaceutical facilities. Its robust design and high-grade materials ensure long-term performance in demanding professional settings.
Q: What is the process to operate the microprocessor-based digital control system?
A: After loading instruments and ensuring the chamber is properly sealed, users select the desired cycle time and parameters on the digital control interface. The autoclave will automatically regulate pressure, temperature, and sterilization timing, and display real-time status on its digital display.
Q: What are the benefits of the double-walled insulated design?
A: The double-walled insulation significantly improves heat retention, reducing energy consumption and safeguarding exterior surfaces from excessive heat. This design enhances safety and operational efficiency during each sterilization cycle.
